IMPORTANT! The wheel alignment has to be measured with the vehicle at a specified height from
the ground. This height measurement is called H1 for the front and H2 for the rear.
Instructions for setting the reference height H1 and H2 are at the bottom of this page.
Only the toe is adjustable on the front suspension.
No adjustments are possible on the rear axle.

Measuring the front toe at Kerb weight.
Toe changes with vehicle height.
With this measuring method the vehicle does not need to be weight down to the reference height.
Measure the distance between the road and the jacking point. Find the reference height (H1) for your model. Work out the diference of the actual height from the reference height specified (H1).
You can now read the required toe of the graph below.
Note! The graph specifies the total toe between both wheels. The measurement given in the table above specifies the toe for an individual wheel.
The Graph below represents the the relationship between vehicle height and toe
for a standard suspension.

The reference height is the vehicle height at which the wheel alignment has to be measured.
You can obtain the required reference height for your model from the tables at the top of this page.
The front reference height is H1 the rear is H2 and is measured between the road and the respectiv jacking point.
Usually we would expect that the reference height is lower then the normal ride height. An easy way to fix the vehicle into position is by placing spacers under the jacking points and then compress the suspension by loading the car with weights.
